EXCEPTIONS

  • No shipping over weekends, holidays or during special events. Exceptions related to product, ship to locations and foreign orders noted below.

  • Next Holiday or Special Event: Closed Dec 24th - Jan 1st.

  • Li-Ion Battery, scooter, all APO/FPO and international orders require additional review and processing time. We may contact you to discuss options.

  • Foreign card or use of freight forwarder location is automatically flagged for review. Review may delay shipment processing up to 10 business days.

  • We do not ship to hotel or temporary residence. Orders with these or similar locations are flagged for review. We may contact you to discuss options.

  • Apollo Sports USA Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL USPS will send you an e-mail with tracking number when the shipping label is created. Packages are usually tendered to USPS within one business day of shipping label creation. Once shipped it may take up to 24 hours for status on USPS website to indicate received and in transit.

USA - Time in transit estimate to most areas is 2-3 business days. US territories and military address 7-30 days.

Canada - Time in transit to most areas is 7-15 days. Receiver is responsible for any duty, tax or other fees for import that may be due at time of delivery. We recommend signing up for tracking updates from Canada Post.

UPS UPS will send you an e-mail with tracking number when the shipping label is created. Packages are usually tendered to UPS within one business day of shipping label creation. Once shipped it may take up to 24 hours for status on UPS website to indicate received and on the way.

USA West Time in transit estimate to most areas is 1-3 business days. Central 4-5 business days and East 5-6 business days. AK, HI and other areas 5+ business days.

Canada time in transit estimate to most areas is 2-6 business days. Receiver is responsible for any duty, tax or other fees for import that may be due at time of delivery.

BATTERY Li-Ion batteries are fully regulated dangerous good. This item always ships separate from scooter and other items. Shipping days are limited and vary with destination. Once shipped time in transit is generally 2-4 business days. This item requires a street address and adult signature at time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL We ship to USA and Canada. If you reside outside of our normal shipping area please contact us to discuss options.
